Before I joined the CACMI program, I didn’t think I had a future. I was living in an abusive environment, and I felt hopeless. But with the support from my mentor, I was able to return to school and find my voice. Today, I am in my final year of university, and I want to become a social worker to help children like I once was. Thank you, CACMI, for changing my life

I was lost for a long time. I had dropped out of school and was involved in street life, but my mentor from CACMI showed me a different path. He didn’t just guide me; he believed in me when I couldn’t believe in myself. Thanks to the mentoring I received, I’m now working as a youth coordinator in my community and helping others get the support they need.
